Lindshammar “Barock” glass serving dish

A striking example of Swedish design from the legendary Lindshammar Glasbruk glassworks, founded in 1905 and renowned for its innovative approach to art glass. This dish belongs to the “Barock” series, which vividly reflects the aesthetics of 1970s Scandinavian modernism and brutalism.

The dish was designed by the distinguished Swedish glass artist and sculptor Christer Sjögren (1926-2008), who shaped the Lindshammar glassworks’ unique visual identity over several decades. His works stand out for their bold forms, expressive textures and inspiration drawn from nature.

Produced in the 1970s, this dish is not only a functional piece for serving fruit, sweets or snacks, but also a collectible vintage design object that will beautifully complement both modern and classic interiors.
